In March and April of 2015 I spent five weeks traveling Europe. The itinerary was Stockholm, Siena, Rome, Barcelona, Granada, Amsterdam, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Upon arrival, I quickly realized that my usual approach to street photography was going to be impossible—Europe apparently is a pretty popular tourist destination. In the short time I was spending in each city, it was going to be difficult to capture the daily life of the locals amongst the sea of tourists. I turned my attention to architecture, landscapes and details. I'm happy I saw the sights, but next time I'll seek out the road less traveled.
